SMU Graduate Liberal Studies and Dispute Resolution Scholarship Application
General Requirements and Information for all Scholarships
Departmental awards serve to recognize academic excellence, community contributions, and assist deserving students with financial need.
Good academic standing (Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher).
Enrollment plans for all terms in the upcoming academic year (summer, fall, and/or spring terms and projected courses and number of enrolled hours per term).
A completed
FAFSA application
for the academic year in which you are applying and uploading the SAR (Student Activity Report) in this application. You
are not
required to qualify for financial aid or to accept loans or other financial aid to apply for Graduate Liberal Studies or Dispute Resolution program scholarships. For other SMU financial aid and information about other scholarship opportunities, see:

Students may only apply for one Graduate Liberal Studies or Dispute Resolution departmental scholarship award in an academic year. Students may not apply for or be awarded concurrent scholarships from the department of study.
Scholarships may be adjusted or revoked due to changes in academic standing, changes in enrollment which impact award amounts, or disciplinary/remediation circumstances.
All scholarships awards are dependent on availability of funds.
